So I recently bought a used midi fighter pro, and I loaded the maps I believe but I have no clue how to get the sound packs into traktor and be used by my midi fighter. This is really irritating I have been doing this for an hour now and I need help so yea any help would be awesome thank you.

You need to create a remix deck mapping in order to play with samples in Traktor.
