Jog Wheel not working correctly

Hi,

I recently bought a 2nd hand VCI-400SE EGE from eBay. Firstly the power supply was broken on delivery (no biggy, I had a spare), but my real issue is that one of the jog wheels doesn't seem to be working correctly and I trying to determine whether this is hardware or software related and is it worth raising paypal dispute over it.

I've tried it out with both FW v1 & v2, original map and flashflooder map and it has the same issue. When in vinyl mode the left deck acts as if it is not in vinyl mode and acts like a pitch bend. I've also noticed that this deck's led's are constantly flashing, while the right deck is just a constant light and the vinyl mode works correctly as expected.

If anyone could shed some light on this would be much appreciated.

(Need to check the purchase date to see if it's still in warranty)

Opps, works out I had the sensitivity up too high on one deck... All is well again.
