    Default My Painted Controller (S4)

    Hello guys,

I want to share a little (kind of artistic) and fun project of mine with you:

I disassembled my Kontrol S4 and painted it I don't wanted to use a sticky skin, so i grabbed my spray can. Enough words, here are the pictures:

For all the Pics visit my Facebook album: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=23c7c3599c

As a next step i thought of spraying a pattern on top of the metal plates since its now very easy to remove them

Have any of you ever thought of panting your controller? Or you already did? Hit reply, post pictures and let me know

    Have a nice Day!

PS: If this is in the wrong forum i politely ask the mods to move it. I thought it doesn't really fit into the "modded gear" thread.

Looks pretty good! Paint is uneven in some parts though. Nice job!

I would seriously consider sanding this back (you won't even need to take all of the paint off) and applying a couple more LIGHT coats.

Just hit it with some fine grit sand paper to take the shine off, then go over it with 2 or more VERY LIGHT coats of the same paint.

I made the exact same mistake as this when I painted my DM2 (YEARS ago!)

Thanks for the suggestion - what would be the benefit of this? What do you mean with mistake? Did the paint come off too soon? It's the first time i sprayed something
