Hello I made this remix for a contest, but I think it is not so great, what do you think?

I've never heard the original, but I like what you did with the vocal. Maybe you could make the bass that starts at around 2:01 more dynamic? You could try adding more some distortion and a filter envelope controlled by the velocity of your midi notes. In my opinion, its a little repetitive. Maybe add some weird textures/percussion hits, vocal edits, etc. to different parts of the song. Again thats just my opinion; I'm no expert in this genre of music.

Ahh sorry, I'll try to explain it differently. What I was suggesting was to make the main bass synth less monotonous. By automating different parameters you could make a more interesting bass line. You could try modulating filter frequency, amp decay, release, distortion, etc. Hopefully that clarifies it
