Default Mapping MF3D in HID Mode

I usually have a remix deck set on Deck D of Traktor but I only really use it for DjDrops and a few samples so the deck is not full sized.
Therefore, I just want to control 2 rows of a remix deck. So I am trying to make my own mapping and just about have it planned out.
But, I just realised my knowledge of mapping is not flash so...
Seeing I am using HID mode to control the remix deck and midi mode for cue point juggles etc, I am a little confused about how I map the buttons to have different behaviours.
My thoughts were that I map the HID mode use in the Midi-Fighter Utility. But then I realised that when I first set it up an F1 section was added to my Traktor menu (I guess this was when the mapping was still secret).
So can anyone tell me where I need to work so that I can start on this... if it works I will upload.
    Thanks,
    Coops

    Hey there Coops,

Would you use just midi mode and have different banks mapped to Tracks and Remix Decks? - Or you want a single layer in which you can control both? (8-Cue, 8-Sample Cell)

    Just a thought
