Let me start by saying this was my first time using ableton. I recently warped a song in ableton. When I was going to save the track I realized ableton only save as wav or aiff. My problem is all of my music are mp3. Will this make any difference.

You mean saving the warp settings? Screen Shot 2014-07-17 at 2.19.54 PM.png Using the save button next to the Hi-Q and RAM buttons will create a sample analysis file for the mp3 you warped. So, no it will not make a difference. It's just a companion file so whenever you drag the song into Ableton, all the settings will load.
15" Macbook Pro (2.0 GHz Core i7, 16 GB) Mac OS X 10.7 Ableton Suite 9. iPad (Liine Lemur).
ableton will temporarily convert your .mp3, the analysis file will apply to the converted file even if ableton needs to convert it again so there's nothing to worry about.
