Hold Echo + Echo per channel

I'm trying to figure out of any of the Behringer mixers have the ability to put an echo\delay on say a verse and then disable the echo so the verse echos but the rest of the track plays normally.

Or enable echo on the end of the track and then bring in another song on another channel with the echo still fading away on. Basically to use it to mix.

I hope I'm explaining this well enough to understand. I think some call it a echo hold.

Be sure to check if mixer has a Send/Return in/out on the back and functionality to send those effects to line channel input.
