    Default CDJ2000 vs CDJ900NXS

Has anyone had the opportunity to get their hands on a CDJ900 NXS? I'm looking to replace my CDJ1000 MK3 with a USB capable CDJ since I absolutely hate burning CDs, and I think I would mix a lot more if I had a USB CDJ. I already ahve one CDJ2000, and I think I can get a CDJ2000 and CDJ900NXS for about the same price.

The CDJ900 NXS features look pretty great, and I rarely ever use hot cues so I'm really leaning towards the CDJ900NXS.

I just sold my pair of 900 NXS. Loved em, but would've liked cues and needle search. If you can get a 2000 for the same price or $100 more, I say go for it. If not, get a 900 NXS.

Awesome, thanks man. I really liked the wave zoom, but it's really not necessary. So as far as platter quality goes, pretty much the same?

Platter (and entire CDJ, for that matter) feels a little cheap compared to the 2000.

Got to play around with the 900nxs a few weeks back. I liked them a lot, I did miss the needle search as mentioned above. I also agree they feel a little cheaper than the 2000's, not that they are garbage or anything.
