Default Serato DJ Crashes upon opening. No help from Serato.

I've had this problem since 1.6.1. The only time I've been able to use my DDJ SZ was once on my cousins MacBook pro, mine doesn't run the damned thing for some reason. Mine is also newer and has more RAM, so I don't get it.

    Specs:
Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
    Memory 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
    Software OS X 10.9.2 (13C1021)
    13" MacBook Pro

    I've tried:
Opening the program nothing connected to it and no go.
I don't have any external drives.
I don't have any music in iTunes.
I did a repair disk in case any system files were corrupt.
I've tried opening with WiFi off.
I've gone into the library multiple times and deleted or renamed the files so it creates a new one.
All this and every single time it just crashes.

I wonder if any of you know of anything else I could try, I've been running my SZ off of Traktor and although I have all the functionality I need, I payed to have Serato working with my device, and I deserve to be able to use it.

Here's the thread on the Serato forum, I started that thread on March 29th and here I am August 25 and still I have nothing.

if you make a new user account and log in as that user does it still crash? This is only to see if the crash is specific to your user environment.

Yeah crashes in a new user account as well. Serato is taking a look at it again, apparently I'm the only person with this problem.

Have you tried uninstalling then downloading and installing again - sounds obvious but you have not mentioned doing that

Have you tired downloading SSL instead (I know the SZ does not work with it)? You should be able to open it with the same library then analyze and remove any corrupt files without any crashing. You should then be able to open SDJ and re-analyze and remove any further trouble tracks.
