I appreciate the help but I don't appreciate sarcasm to a real concern that I have with a product. Ive sent them several emails at the info address but got no reply so I'll try the link that SlvrDragon provided with different email addresses.

Why I did it like this, is because it offered you multiple ways of contacting them; website, contact forms and social media. If it came across as sarcasm, that just says more about you than me as it was not intended.

(But looking back at the URL and presented URL, I can see why it came across sarcastically. Sorry for that.)
