Default Unknown Medium : Calibration failed

Hey guys, ran into an issue the other day and I never ended up resolving it.. I run Traktor 2.6 with gear mentioned below in my sig, and everything worked for over a year, but the next day I got home and attempted to mess around a bit and everything went haywire. Both decks have the same error message as stated in topic title, and nothing I do stops it. Preferences all look ok, especially since I didn't edit them in anyway.. Connections and cables are all ok, because I am able to use my Audio 10 as a soundcard for my computer and it works just fine that way....

Any help I found online seems to discuss vinyl, and I don't use vinyl so it didn't really help me out. Anyone ever experience this?

This happened to me a few years back (had 800's)... I forget the exact details, but I had to download the NI FLAC files, burn them to a CD and hit the reset button. Took a a few moments, but then it calibrated.

Only happened to one of my decks; took a nice bump. Cord issue... I don't want to talk about it.

Yeah - it sounds like your timecode CD's are knackered.

    Buy/burn some new ones.

    Replace your RCA cables first

Waited like a week without touching anything and yesterday I set the gear back up and used a different set of RCA cables and it worked perfectly. Nice.

It's my method.. If it acts up,leave it alone for weeks and try again. Had some success over the years...
