Well, EDM is not really my favorite genre, not by a long shot. I usually get my tracks from radio shows (dance department, radio 1 essential, Gilles Peterson), artist charts, livesets and from searching around the catalogs of labels. I don't really bother with any popularity links in the way that beatport and youtube operate.

You could try traxsource, trackitdown and junodownload as well, but beatport's your best option.

Beatport is usually the first to get EDM (to buy).

If you're searching for unreleased songs and just trying to keep a heads up, following the FB pages is your best bet. Then you just have to remember when the artists will release the songs.
