are you sending the midi from a dj mixer? you should be able to control serato with just a midi out on a mixer?

No I am talking about Serato itself sending out midi. I want to find a way Serato sends all its values to my Xone K2 so things like any cues set light up the pads and rotary values last used get sent out.

It is possible with the 1.7.2 beta. Haven't tried it myself.

you probably already have but read the manual? I always thought you could only put midi into serato. have you turned the midi clock on in serato?

You're confusing midi send with midi out. Midi out means sending a midi signal to your controller so that the leds turn on depending on what the software does. In 1.7.2 you can map those for the first time since scratch live.
