On second look I would crop it a little (zoom in). Also, remove the sprinklers.

I like the photo as is barring the pink area. I would personally change the 3 to a complimentary color and move the title up a bit. Otherwise

Don't like the font. The photo is cool, but could have been even better if the passage way were positioned a bit more off-center.

the font for the logo was designed from scratch, that part is not changing. but i could change the 3

1. Agreed - I would attempt a tilt shift or Isis blur on it "maybe", although I think it looks cleaner without.
   
2. I would take the poster out entirely from the image - it adds nothing and makes the image look clumsy
   
3. I would center the image dead on and make sure the rotation is correct- its distracting that the text above is so off in comparison.
   
4. Lastly I would change the color on "3" to the same teal color on the darkest floor tile from the bottom of the photo rather than the light blue.

thats a great idea for the color change i shall try that. and yes no more blur
