Good blogs to send your tracks to for promotion?

I'm looking to see if we can get some type of list together for anyone looking to send out their new originals/remixes/bootlegs for promotion.. When I say promotion, I don't mean one you have to pay for. I know for a fact that the following few are some I know are legit, but hard to get into..

This is a great list, cheers bro.

I found an awesome blog the other day which I've now lost and can't remember the name of. If anyone knows it, please post! Essentially, it's a versus concept, in which the two editors each post a track and then the readership votes on which one they thought was better. Very cool blog, can't remember the name...
