Can't get sound from Twister. Following Midi Fighter Twister: Traktor Sequencer Setup

I'm following this video to a tee. At 4:03 when you start turning the knobs Is where I have a problem. When I do it I don't hear any sound. My Twister is lightning up and looks like it should be making sound. I can click on the samples loaded in the remix deck on traktor and they make sound, but not hearing anything coming from the twister. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

I'm using Traktor pro 2

Am I missing a master volume for the remix deck or something

I read in another forum something about a Sample volume knob wherever that is.

That functionality is called Slot Volume Adjust control in Traktor.
Did you un-mute all remix slots?
What Traktor/OS version do you use?
