Default PC TSI files vs. Mac TSI files?

So I'm about to go drop some change on a new macbook pro ( )

I currently run traktor on a PC and have a semi complex mapping setup with a VCI-100 and a korg nano pad. I'd (obviously) like to transfer this over to the mac.

Will I run into any problems importing the TSI file and using it on my new mac? Will the mac interpret the midi data (knob/wheel numbers, channels, etc) any differently?

Really hoping to avoid having to re-do this mapping, so any input is appreciated.

Should be fine. I put up my mappings online and both mac and windows users download them without a problem.
