Buddy fried his 05 trying to plug in the wrong AC adapter, seems to have fried a resistor... r105 i believe, anyone repair this or have advice, link?

read the color code on the resistor (google resistor color chart). run to your local failing radioshack (if your in the US) and replace it with one of equal value.
