Default DDJSX2 and Traktor pro 2 Cue problem please help

    Hi all

I desperately need some help with the DDJSX2 and Traktor Pro 2

For love nor money I can't seem to listen to just the track being mixed in the headphones on its own.

The headphone mix knob just plays either the master on its own or the master and the cue tracks blended (depending on how much the knob is turned)

I am using the latest version of all firmware and software for all the applications and the DDJ it's self

Any help would be hugely appreciated as I am at the end of my tether with it.

    Thanks

    Gaz

Seems like a sound routing issue.
On Traktor, check your output routing in the settings. You should have 4 outputs. 2 for master and 2 more for monitor.

Can you please play a track on Deck A with the volume right down, the monitor cue button on and the monitor mix knob all the way over to cue ... if you can't hear a track then your routings are wrong.

Thanks, it was that bastard little knob!!

I thought the cue knob mix was the Dry/wet knob at he top (which is actually the filter)

Problem is the DDJSX2 doesn't have any of the cue controls mapped to the cue mix knob in Traktor

Been trying to map it my self but it's not working even with the 'learn' function?

You don't need to map it.

Did you download the mapping from the internet or do you use your custom one?

DDJ-SX2 already has that on a hardware level. "Headphones mix" knob that pans between cue and master.

I know there is a knob for it but it is not mapped to the control in Traktor and therefore doesn't do anything

Using the TSI on the pioneer website. Couldn't find any others
