Post Improving producer, looking for feedback

Ive been studying recording and production in Santa Fe for the past three years but haven't been able to find a place to get genuine feedback. Hoping you guys can help me out.

Also if you have any questions regarding my choices feel free to ask.

I'll be honest, I didn't have the most concentration while listening, and it's not my type of music. But I thought it was well produced. Nice and clean mix, good levels. Great use of sound field in parts, but too many of the main elements were off center in the panning field IMO which gave it a bit of an unbalanced feel - especially the Missy Elliot tune.

    cool stuff

1st track was nice, liked the melodic elements, good drums, i also agree with imnotdeadyet about the off center pannings.. also maybe just a little more atmosphereic elements to glue it together, all in all i enjoyed listening.

2nd track was nice, good arrangements. nice melodic bass line. feelin it, wouldnt change much. SC repost

If it was me I'd add more elements to the higher registers - hats, shakers, crashes, stuff like that but thats just me. I like a lot of 10k-ish stuff. Also what the others said about the pans.
