When the !@##$% hits the fan, no one "rises to the occasion"....everyone "sinks to their level of training."

Prior planning, prevents poor performance.

It all comes down to planning. Not the plan, but the planNING.

Think through how your prepped for your first gig or two. What went well, what needs work? What do you think you should have spent MORE time doing before/during the event? What do you think you should have spent LESS time doing before/during the event? Make those changes. Lather, rinse, repeat.
