I have an LPD8, and can confirm, it's a USB-A to USB-B mini.
Keithace's link shows a pic of the exact type of cable you need.Denon DJ/MC6000KMK2/Launchpad S/LaunchcontrolXL/Traktor Pro 2/Bringin it since 96.

^ Not entirely true. Thanks to electronics getting smaller and smaller, Mini USB has been effectively replaced by (the inferior, yet smaller) Micro USB in most modern devices.
