kontrol z2 fader problem

my both faders jump in the middle. any tips on how to fix this thanks, using the mixer external aswell.

Just wondering if any one has had this issue. I have contacted ni today, do you think they will replace the faders and send me some. or is there a cheaper option than into faders as I don't want to be spending like 180 on faders I've only had the z2 for just over a year. I really wanted to get some mixing done aswell got a week of work.
what other faders are compatible ?

I have contaced NI and they are sending me new faders,for anyone who has this problem. Great customer service

I've raised a ticket with support, thanks for making this thread.

Did you receive the new faders? Did you have to send the old ones back? Once you fitted them did everything work ok and you lived happily ever after?

I contacted ni and they sent 2 new faders and funny enough only one worked so I told them about the one dead fader. The told me they would send a new one right away, but they actually sent another 2 lol. Great customer service and no i didn't send the faders back
