Default Give me some sugar, i am your neighbour!

    Hi guys.

Im looking for a tune that samples the classic sugar hill gang tune, Apache. Preferably a Nu disco feel if possible. I've a couple that sample it already for different sets but i need something a bit funkier for slower hours.

    All help appreciated.

    The original

One of the tunes i have

    A+H DB4, Technics 1210's x2, F1, X1MK2 x2, MaschineMk2, Akai LPK 25, MF3D, XDJ-1000 x2.

Welp, i've just displayed a lack of musical awareness.

The original you posted seems just fine sir real, cheers!

I can probably chop a few bits up for the remix deck as well.

The original was by The Shadows. Michael Viners covered it much later.

I know that but he was looking for what the sample came from and it was sampled from the Incredible Bongo Band version. Chalk it up to me stupidly saying "original" when what I meant was where the original sample came from.

DubluW, you might want to search for the extended GrandMaster Flash remix as it'll have more spots for grabbing breaks and loops.
