Default Thinking of Switching from Serato to Traktor: What Do I Need to Know?

So I've been thinking about updating from my Numark M6 mixer (which is an absolute workhorse of a mixer that I suggest for any beginning DJ wanting to use a hardware mixer) to a Traktor Z2, and in the process switching from Serato to Traktor.

I currently am using the M6 as mentioned above, along with two Numark NDX400s, and a Sertao SL3 box (and control CDs) occasionally using an MPD26 along with it to control effects and what not. My intention was to use the two NDXs with the Z2, using Traktor's DVS system with the control CDs, and using the MIDI features on the Z2 for effects and what have you.

What are the biggest issues, problems, or little things people ran into when switching over?
