I use Traktor for every day DJing and RB when I use Pioneer and usb. I don't have all my music folders set up in RB, only the ones I will use on usb. Once you have set up your folders/playlists in Traktor you can highlight a list of songs and drag and drop to RB. RB analyzes tracks pretty quickly, and the autogridding is far superior to Traktor. The main issue is your cue points, depending how in depth they are in your set up. Many of the basic cue points you could add on the fly as you're DJing your more popular tracks.

I am sticking with Traktor for now as I bought an S4 last year and it has three year warranty. I have a feeling I'll be itching to move across to RB full time by that time especially with where Pioneer are going with their controllers.
I just want to play music and entertain people. The hardest part is getting people to listen.
    Got any Rihanna?

I was investigating having some software written that would take Traktor specific metadata, and write it to an unused tag in the .mp3 file.

Specifically, this was to allow me to write Smart Playlists in iTunes based on things like PlayCount in the Traktor metadata. (Never Played, PlayCount >10, Played > 1 month ago, etc...)

The writer I was speaking with disappeared off the face of the earth!

Try Rekord Buddy 2 which was recently released, I followed the instructions carefully to the detail, watched the videos as well before trying anything and it worked really well.
