    Default mapping the jogwheel on a knob

    Hello,

    In traktor, I want to know if its possible to map the jogwheel on a knob?
    and how?

    Yes.

    example of one of my fx knob mapping:


    -preferences > controller manager > AddIn > FX Unit >Knob 1

    -in this command, go to "device mapping" > click "learn" > move jog to set midi note > click "learn" again to exit "learn mode"

    -now you can choose details:
    -set "type of controller" to "encoder"
    -set "interaction mode" to "relative"
    -set right "encoder mode" and "assignment"

    -finally adjust "sensitivity" and "acceleration" to your own preferences

    I think OP wants to nudge the track with a rotary knob instead of the jog wheel??

    I dont really know the difference because I dont speak a good english, but I would say knob,

    That looks like the rotary pot. Not ideal but it can be mapped out as well... The endless rotary encoders are perfect for this function.

    Add In > Deck Common > Jog Turn
