Will there be more Pioneer DJ Toraiz products?

Hey guys,

I just saw a video about some Pioneer DJ products at Musikmesse 2016 by a leading german DJ gear shop.

At 4:30 they start to talk about the new Toraiz SP-16 Hardware Sampler. And the guy from Pioneer DJ says something very interesting: "We're standing in front of our Toraiz SP-16. Toraiz, that's the name of a new group of products. So it is - who know's - maybe just the beginning... ehh... of more products of this range; but today we're going to talk about the Toraiz SP-16."

The SP-16 wasn't fully functional during Musikmesse so before they go out expanding the line they first need to nail the SP and make sure it does well. It's currently sitting alone in the "Production" category in Pioneer's website so it will only make sense if they release something else in a similar vein to expand their presence in and out of DJ Booths.

I would like to think they wouldn't just make an entire "Production" category if they weren't going to add more to it, but I'm not really sure it's appropriate elsewhere. We could speculate on a Toraiz Sp-06 for more budget minded producers, but as Padi said, we should wait until the Sp-16 proves to actually be a success.
