Headphone Question

So currently I am using a pair of Pioneer HDJ 500 and I am loving them so far. However I was at a show the other day and I noticed the DJ was using a pair of the Pioneer HDJ 700 and was curious as to how they compare to the HDJ 500. Has anyone have had any experience using this headphone at all? Just wondering because if they are better sound quality wise I would like to upgrade to the 700's.

100% not worth it. Personally I have the HDJ-2500s and have no experience with either pair of those headphones however, the answer you are looking for should be clear by simply comparing the specs of the 2 headphones; they are nearly identical. 2,000 mW max input, 105 dB output, frequency 5 - 28,000 Hz, 45 ohm impedance. Spend a little more or save your money.
