How to set Traktor in Presonus

Hello

After same time looking for info about how to set Traktor in Presonus I have to take the decision of ask for some help.

I use Traktor Pro in MAC, also 2 controllers, Traktor X1 and Xone K:2, now I need to solve this problem, I want to use Presonus 16 like sound device, so in order to achieve this I started to look for some proper setup, for now I can hear my music from Traktor in Presonus, but I need to go a few steps beyond, and now need to also get prelistening, and I couldn't done it.

Also I want to send the master from Presonus to Cubase in MAC to record the mixes in there, and I'm in the same situation, so at this point I really need some help.

Drivers are ok, MAC 10.8, Traktor is V2.6.0, Presonus is V16.0.2, to connect both also I use Universal Control V1.6, and Cubase is Al5, if someone need some further info just let me know.

If necessary I'll post screenshots as well.
