Traktor Audio 6 not recognized in Windows

I have reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop and tried to connect my Traktor Audio 6 interface again, but it is not recognized. The driver is installed correctly. I can also see it in the device manager under USB Devices.
But when I open Traktor it says it's not connected. Also when I open the Traktor Audio 6 Control Panel it says it is not connected and I cannot change any settings.

My USB drivers are installed and I tried all USB ports on my laptop. It has 2 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 2.0. It doesn't work on any ports.
My Kontrol X1 works fine on these ports and also other devices such as an external harddrive work fine.

I don't know what to do anymore. I uninstalled all NI software and reinstalled it again 2 times already, but it's still not solved.

Before I reinstalled Windows it all worked fine on this computer.

EDIT: Do the lights on the Audio 6 turn on when you plug it in?
