    Have you tried Lynda.com?

Honestly an audio college is a waste of money....you can get the same (I would say way better) education online, I can tell you from experience. I've done both and got much more out of the online courses.

I have checked out a couple courses on Lynda, there are some quality options there. If I were to go for an online course, would probably prefer to go with a specialised music production school like Dubspot.

My preference would be one to one tutoring over courses though, I find that learning from a mentor can help to really get you to where you want to be, in a much shorter period of time.

I was always contemplating going to a music school to improve my productions...but YouTube has a TON of useful tutorials when it comes it pretty much anything music related that I've tried to look up. Granted it won't be as fluid as either one of the options that you have mentioned above...but it's a whole lot cheaper lol

YouTube is an awesome platform to learn for sure, there are LOADS of videos that you can pick up production techniques and tricks from.

Only problem is, there almost too much content - which can be a bit overwhelming or time draining when you are trying to find some really specific knowledge that's applicable to your genre/style of interest.

If you go to a college with a decent recording / production program, you'll get a rounded out education, a ton of great mentors, and something to show for your time. You don't have to go to Berklee to study production - there are several state schools with fantastic programs.

Plus, if you change your mind about your chosen course of study (whether it's to a related field - like Music Business, or a totally different area), you don't lose the time and money you invested.
