    Default USB always on???

This is driving me mad! The LEDs on my Dicers, and my ZOMO MC-1000 (other midi controllers are available) are staying on after I switch my laptop off!!!

I want to change it so that Laptop OFF = ALL USB Ports OFF.

The interweb is no use. Anyone know how to change it???

Edit: Both controllers are connected to a new 4-port USB3 hub along with an F1 that does NOT stay on...

I had this exact issue with my desktop PC, laptop is a different creature. My Launchpads danced away when the PC was 'off'.. the hub was powered by it's own supply. Turned the hub off, bingo.
The issue you have should be corrected by changing the power saving options. (take it you are on Win)

Yup - Windows 10 (!). But at the moment, I'm using the hub without a power supply. The proboem persists.

I've tried power settings, no luck. I think it might be a charging port that is hard wired to the mobo to allow switched off charging... :-(
