    Default 2.10 and wma files

    Hi

I just upgraded my laptop and moved to Traktor 2.10 however it now won't read my WMA files properly, I know a fix is to move to an older version, but then you lose functionality, or to convert the files, but I have approx 2000 many with cues etc.

Does anyone know of an easy fix?

    Cheers

    Mo

I hate to be the one to tell you, but WMA is a dead format.

You are only going to have more and more problems playing them as time goes by.

Also, WMA is kind of awful for music and wasnt considered a great encoder initially.

Youll need to buy those tracks in a modern mp3 or HD FLAC to use them on modern gear.
