Just announced 1200 GR. Technics claims it's twice better than MK5. Expected price $2000.
Why not just look for a used pair? They're built like tanks and you'll get them much cheaper than anything claiming they're new. Yeah, they might need a bit of conditioning, but you should be able to find them a lot easier.
