Twister encoder for scrolling?

Hi,

How to setup a twist encoder to behave like a standard encoder I could use for scrolling library or changing the key up and down etc. in serato?
I have tried various modes and their combinations (on the twister and serato side) but still somehow struggling with creating the behavior I want...

This can be done by setting your encoder knob to 3Fh mode in the Midifighter Utility.
