30mm sanwa buttons same as 24mm buttons?

I'm wondering if I can use 30mm sanwa buttons same as 24mm & what the drawbacks are of using them?

Sanwa 24mm buttons are smaller than 30mm so that won't work.

There isn't enough room to fit these on standard MIDI Fighter cases. If you are building your own then you can make sure the top has enough spacing to accommodate them. There are no drawbacks or differences really aside from the size change.
