    Default Stanton ST150 M2

I've been eye balling the new Stanton ST 150 M2s
    Thoughts on those?
    Here's what I like
    1) recessed platter
    2) ramped strobe
    3) new brushed look on the top
    4) seem's to be priced well
    5) offers the straight arm

    Here's what I don't like
    1) start/stop also controls reverse....ouch, that could be a problem
    2) power switch on rear of deck, no more power down's when doing a set
    3) pitch is 8/25/50
    4) only has motor stop control.

So, what is the reason I should or should not jump into a set of these?

I have a pair of Stanton st8-105s. Best tt I have used. Hands down. Been 15 years and are reliable as they were back then.

Never got into the technics hype.

Do you like the looks of the new M2? I was seriously considering those in the straight arm version.

I got mine before the logo changed. My decks have Stanton in a curly old english type logo. They are dark grey and have bright blue lights. They are beautiful.

I don't care much for the rebranding, but they should work well.
