Does the Pioneer DDJ SB2 fit in the controller backpack?

According to specs of the V2 bag, it only fits up to an 18 inch deck and the SB2 is approx 19.1 in.
DJTechTools Shows it as a compatible accessory however on the ddj sb2 shop page.
