I'm failing to see what the policy is that you are warning about. So, you are using an OS that the software doesn't support and they have told you the older version (which probably was designed with the older OS in mind) should work and now you are waiting for your money back....
And, you used guidance from new and old DJs in the business, but you have never posted here and have an account created this month (probably just to post this) to bash a company without asking for feedback and guidance from the old and new DJs in this forum?

Well as NI's Traktor is a german product and Germany is having Troubles with Turkey atm...I guess #IstanbulBot would be more Logical
