    Default recommended starter controller

I'm just getting into the dj game for some side fun. Just mixing some tracks and maybe advancing from there. I did some research and found the pioneer ddi-rb and ddi-sb2 were semi cost effective and pretty straight forward (also its a brand I've heard of). I was looking for some recommendations on which would be the better "bang for my buck" that i could use to start out with any maybe hold onto for a while if i start advancing. Im open to other brands but would like to stay in the same price range as the other two controllers (250 range). Thanks in advance for the help.

if you realistically think you could play at events/shows/clubs/raves where CDJs are the industry standard, i would go with a rekordbox controller so you wont have to convert over to a different software if/when that time comes. i wish i could have told myself this when i was getting into djing.
