Default Favorite mixer around a thousand dollars

Hey guys and gals, I am in the market for a new mixer and am definitely getting a 4 channel mixer. I don't play out very often anymore but I still play alot at home with the resurgence of my vinyl buying habits. I will be moving into a new place soon and want to have a nice set up that I set up once. I am not a gear junkie or latest and greatest type of guy. So I don't keep up with the new technology and features. I will probably order it over the internet so I won't get a chance to use it before I buy it.

Any opinions or information is greatly appreciated. I'm currently using a DJM 250 mk1 that I like (not love).

You didn't give us much information frankly...new or second hand? Is software part of your setup?

If the options are limited to new, 1000$ gets you Reloop RMX-90 that seems to offer everything you need (including SDJ certification) and the reviews are good.

A sure choice is also DJM-750mk2 for a little more (1200$) but maybe someone at DJTT can give you special deal (member price or B-stock?). Also - 750mk2 will always be limited strictly to RBDJ, something to consider.

If you are on the other hand a Traktor user + win is your OS of choice - the older generation of Denon mixers (X1600 & X1700) are still a good choice and there are still boxed units for sale online (although, X1700 seems to be still over the budget). Denon did release way back 64-bit win drivers making them a viable Win option for several more years to come. Sound & build quality wise, they still have my vote.

Second hand - how about Allen & Heath older models? If vinyl is important part I would rather go for second hand A&H than the other more complicated models (with audio interfaces, midi, color FX,...)

    Love my DJM-850.

The only thing that could tempt me away would be a 4 channel S9 or 4 channel Z2 (both mythical mixers...)

That Xone 92 looks like I am trying to fly the space shuttle...

    what about the xone 43?

I will be using traktor and DVS also...no point in changing at this point in my DJ career...

Second hand is fine also. (I can spend whatever I like on the mixer....but spending 5 Gs on a mixer seems like overkill for me at this point)

I will accept Xone:PX5 as a correct answer. I reviewed the 43C when it came out and was very disappointed. PX5 also has Traktor Scratch certification.

As happydan said, 43 is meh (also not TSP certified). I would narrow your choice to PX5 (I see there is one on B-stock page of DJTT store if you can stretch your budget a little more....), second-hand DJM-850 (over 750mk2 because of TSP certification) and....well have no idea what else. If best bang for buck was primary I would still include Denon but they are not worth it if you can stretch for newer models.
