    Default S4 browsing mode - track control

    I have the S4 Mk2 and want to know if there is a way when in browse mode to still be able to control the decks, buttons and tempo etc.
    Is there a way for this to be possible without a major remap?

    Thanks in advance

    You only need to remap the browse knob/button.

    Open the mapping file in the traktor controller manager.
    It should be completely empty. Any commands you insert by hand will be overrides.
    To add the command you have to go to

    Add In --> Layout --> Only browser on

    Settings:

    Control: Button; Ineraction: Toggle; Override: yes (check the square)

    Mapped to (dropdown menu): Center-->BrowsePush

    The result will be that you can toggle the Browse Mode of Traktor with the Browse Knob without losing any of the S4 Deck functions.
    What you WILL lose are the hardcoded BrowseMode/CopyMode functions of the S4 as they are described in the S4 manual.

    Here we go. Add this file to the mappings in the controller manager and remove or deactivate the old s4mk2-default mapping. You can't run both at the same time.

    --> S4Mk2.CustomBrowseMode.tsi
