question about xone 23.

Finally I decided to buy a couple of Xdj 700.
This is the first time without a controller.
I will buy the xone 23.
I have a question. I don't know how to connect the monitor.
My monitor have the RCA audio.
In the mixer there is a 'master' o Xlr.
If i connect the rca to 'monitor' everything will be ok? Just add volume on master and gain? Excuse me, I know it's a stupid question that a DJ should not do, but sooner or later I'll have to start doing something more serious. Thank you all.

Yeah. The monitor output on that mixer is a booth output, made for the DJ's speakers (master goes to the party's speakers).

to make it short i have the Logitech Z333 (i know...That's not monitor and for djs...I do not have many profits, I always try to keep money and when I have enough I will bet on krk rokit), I connect the rca cable from the speakers and connect it to the monitor output of the mixer. in this way the audio will be cleaned or will it lose quality?

It's fine.

Long RCA cables can be a bit noisy (they can pick up radio if they're long enough), but it isn't generally a quality issue.
