I thought that was a given, but it's definitely worth making sure.
These should all be stereo.
I really wish the MXR Carbon Copy Delay was stereo. The Deluxe will output stereo, but not take a stereo input. I always liked it on guitar (and now can't find mine).
I would also say to be careful about what controls are on the effects unit. The xone:23 doesn't have any real controls for it's loop, just on or off. IAlso, be careful about the quality. You're basically running your whole sound through it, and I've definitely heard some horrible pedals that sound okay on guitar when it's buried in a band but would sound horrible over a whole mix. Unfortunately, unless you just use stuff other people use, it might be surprising.
In the end, suppose, in order to have 2 stereo pedals anyway, I would have to connect them (this is already losing quality) and then to the mixer. In the end how costs and sound quality would not be better to connect the mixer to ableton and use a controller? I ask you, all you are much more experienced.

I wouldn't worry too much about chaining them.
Crappy sounding pedals are more the exception than the rule, but there are some. Let your ears be the judget, and ideally get stuff where you can return it in case you get something you don't like.
As for "better", that's definitely possible. It's also more expensive. And more capable. But it requires a computer.
The Biyang Tri-reverb RV-10 is good? I was looking yesterday on Amazon! The Price is good, but i don't know if it's worth it,also because I play the piano and the violin, but with the guitars I've never had to do and all the video demonstration (of course) they do them only on guitars...
to connect them just a stereo jack cable in "in" and connect it to other pedals in "out"? I did not understand this well
