Look into the Klipsch. If you have the space to put the sub under the table, you can tape the metal stands to the windowsill. They're pretty light and sound about as good as anything for that price/size.

These are what I’m using now. They used to sound fine, but since trying them again they just sound terrible. Maybe I just need to do a little tweaking...

Maybe a bluetooth portable speaker like JBL flip or Denon Envaya. They have line input also.
I've got a Bose bluetooth speaker that also has a line level input. I tried using it for DJing at home & it sounds great,
....but it's actually no use for DJing, as the on-board processing adds a delay.
