Probably the wrong driver selected under Traktor preferences and/or mixed up channels for cue/master.

Default Jog wheels mapp ddj 1000

Hi guys, i need help with mapping jog wheels for scratch,
does anybody knows whats the best way to mapp them, should i use modifiers?
@Stewe maybe you? I see you now what are you talking about.
i posted my mapping in DDJ 1000 midi maps, every thing works perfect for me, except scratch & screens,

Hey DJ Leggro, what is the issue with jog wheels? And. Are you using the "Jog Touch On" and "Jog Turn " commands for this?

Yes i do, jog wheels dont react well, they are lagging, and sometimes skipping.

Also i can do backspin, but i can't do "frontspin", when i do "frontspin" its like im using outside of jog wheel, and im bending song .
It's not like im using "frontspin" in mixing, i've mentioned that because i thought that maybe you can realize what is the problem.

I've tried to copy SZ mapping, but terms in control menager are changed.
In SZ mapping there is function that's called "Scratch", and now that comand name is Jog Turn & Jog Touch On.

I think that maybe i need to use modifiers to stop the function of outside jog bending when using jog for scratching,
    what do you think?

So does the SZ mapping gives you better result on the jog wheels?

Great to know that Stewe is working on a DDJ-1000 mapping:

I'm also updating my DDJ-S* mappings to TP3, and will try to translate the whole thing to DDJ-1000 using CMDR

I've now ported my lastest SX2 traktor mapping to the DDJ-1000, which I now made as tight as possible (Jogs, VU meters, custom buttons).
A second major change is that all FX modes are now in the front positions - accessible without shifts. Pressing the mode button cycles the top-2 pages per mode.
Other new features are a Preview Player, a Vinyl Break FX, Keyboard mode and updated Roll modes with/without quantization.
