Default Any USB-C Thunderbolt 3 Windows 10 success stories?

Question #1: do you have any success stories of Windows-10 USB-C laptops, especially thunderbolt 3 ports?

Details: For the past couple of months I've failed to find a stable combination of a USB-C windows 10 laptop for DJing.
I tested multiple brands of windows laptops, DJ controllers, USB-A adaptors, Ports, Cables, Hubs.

    Issues include:
    - Cracking noises during regular playing
    - Cracking noises while touching other (unrelated) channels
    - Complete resets during playing. Music stops for 5 seconds and then restarts automatically
    - Plugging / unplugging other USB devices stops sound until a software manual restart (sometimes even hardware)
    - same issue as above, but only for MIDI commands (ie, sound continues but controller doesn't respond)

    ----
Question #2: Same question, but for the latest USB-C TB3 macbook Pro?
    thanks...

For the record, this are the equipment list under discussion:
    - DDJ-1000, DDJ-SZ, Akai AMX
    - HP spectre 13-v103np (2x USB-C TB3 + 1x USB-C 3.1 gen2)
    - Lenovo X1 carbon 5th generation (2x USB-C TB3 + 2x USB-A USB 3.0)

In short the controllers work fine in native USB-A ports. This is the case even for the 2x USB 3.0 ports of the X1 carbon, which I confirmed are in a differnt USB controller than the TB3 ports.
For all USB-C ports I had problems left and right. USB-C TB3 ports is even worse.
