blogging plugin?

ok, so my blog is currently located @ blogger.com, but I want to move to my own webspace, being more independent.

so what are the most popular/best blog plugins for the own homepage?

the most popular seems to be wordpress .. i use habari on my blog but while its actually cleaner and simpler in a lot of ways, its not as easy to setup for non programmers.
