Default Traktor switching from being active program

I am just asking a question, i have noticed since I installed traktor 3 if I analyze a track or try to relocate a track I have to always use my mouse to select traktor to make it current again otherwise Traktor seems like it in the background not the current program being used. Dont remember this being the case with Traktor 2.

This happens in Traktor 1 and 2 as well for me. Any time you open and close a dialog, Traktor no longer responds to key presses, even though according to the OS it's still active. You have to click on the Traktor window to fix it.

Edit: looks like this is finally fixed in Traktor 3.1:

FIXED Keyboard Shortcuts non-functional when exiting Preferences or dialogs
